LAST ORDERS must be placed by 10am for next day delivery and by 11am on Friday for Monday deliveries. Martha’s doesn’t open on Sunday.
CIABATTA PLATTERS will include at least one chicken, one other meat and one vegetarian filling using quality Scottish and homegrown produce where possible.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Martha’s may substitute products depending on seasonal availability.
ORDER CONFIRMATION: Your order will be confirmed by e-mail, so please ensure you check receipt of your Order Confirmation. If your order confirmation is incorrect or you have not received it by 3pm the day before delivery, please call Martha’s on 0141 248 9771 immediately as errors cannot be rectified later. Lines are open Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm for queries and advice.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel your order, please do so via the web-site or by e-mail before 10am the day before delivery. If cancelled after 10am, the order will be charged in full. If you do not receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your cancellation it will be deemed as not transmitted by you, and we will not take responsibility for failure to cancel your order.
REFUNDS: Refunds will be given at the discretion of Management.
DELIVERIES: All orders will be delivered to the reception within your company and a signature will be required for proof of delivery. Deliveries can be made Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 11.00 – 12.00. Please specify your preferred delivery time if you are ordering wraps. If you wish to collect your order from Martha’s please notify us when placing your order.
PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is made by card through Worldpay. They accept the following: MasterCard, VISA, Delta or Switch.
PRICES: The prices are set out in our online order form and are current. VAT will be applied where applicable.
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS: If you have a complaint it must be made by telephone on 0141 248 9771 within 24 hours of receipt or collection of delivery, and where a signature acknowledging delivery or collection has been given.
REJECTED ORDERS: Orders may be rejected if the official order form is not used or if the information supplied is insufficient or incorrect.
